How sen attachment

Using webmail, I don't see the Attach button. 

It may be invisible due to my high contrast settings.

Where is it on screen?

BTW finding you is not easy.  Auto answer systems don't work well for unusual questions, and we suffer from your reliance on them.

It is in between cancel and return receipt at the top.

Thank you.  Reply correct.  My mouse changed as I went over it, but the words were invisible to me, the others were visible.

I think we need guidance from Microsoft on what will be invisible to those with high contrast settings.

This may be associated with my inability to return from Contacts to Inbox or Compose.  No way visible.
