How to Create a new Verizon Email Address

My mother lives with me and has her own computer.  How would I obtain a verizon email address for her on my account?  She wants to use Outlook Express.

hi, i think i can help you with creating her email subaccount. first, you have to log in to your "my verizon" page.. then along left side, click on "profile"    https://www.verizon.com/foryourhome/myaccount/ngen/pr/user/profile.aspx may get you there faster....then  click on "manage" button to the right of 'manage sub accounts', and finally click on "add new sub account" and fill in the blanks...then click "save".i hope this works for you and your mom....also, i can't help you with the outlook express settings....anyone ?
