Whilst starting my home DSL service I signed up my email preference as Verizon-Yahoo. Is there a way I can change the preference to another provider?
I have sent you a private message to get account info from you so we can help you switch back to native Verizon email.

I am moving to an area/community that does not support Verizon internet. I would like to keep the verizon email address esthat I have used for over ten years. They have been through the Verizon Yahoo portal. I know that I have to save all my emails and contacts before any kind of switch, but what other instructions do I need to do this. I also know that I can pay a minimal amount annually to keep the @verizon.net email accounts even though I no longer have email service from Verizon at my new house.
Any help would be appreciated.
