How to change email setting so that "Reply to All" does not include replying back to myself?

Hi,

Kind of frustrating to have this issue with verizon.net email.  When I click "Reply to All", the email system includes my email address, which means I have to delete it from the address line or delete the email that I will receive after I hit SEND.  Is there any way to change the settings (I have no luck finding it on my own) so that I don't reply back to myself.  OUTLOOK doesn't do that, it is very annoying.
