Each time we're trying to open, this statemtn is coming up:

Presently, I am abroad, in India (Hyderabad at the Raddison hotel & most frustrated that I'm unable to retrieve & send emails from here; please help; thanks)

I can see a problem if he needs to email abuse@verizon.com but can't use email.
