I don't understand this. A new message that comes up when I go into Verizon E-Mail.

"NOTE: This site requires JavaScript. Please enable JavaScript, restart your browser and visit

NOTE: It appears you have your popup blocker turned on for this site. Please turn off to view the demo."
This is exactly what comes up on top of the page of Internet Explorer 11 when I go to webmail to log into my Verizon email.  I just made sure that I have the latest version of IE, Java and that JavaScript is enabled.  And my popup blocker is indeed turned off.
So should I ignore this message?  Or this another "normal thing" to come up during these security enhancements, like Verizon Wireless?  It doesn't make any sense.
