I don't understand this. A new message that comes up when I go into Verizon E-Mail.

This is exactly what comes up on top of the page of Internet Explorer 11 when I go to webmail to log into my Verizon email.  I just made sure that I have the latest version of IE, Java and that JavaScript is enabled.  And my popup blocker is indeed turned off.

So should I ignore this message?  Or this another "normal thing" to come up during these security enhancements, like Verizon Wireless?  It doesn't make any sense.
