There are several anti spam things involved
- your antivirus firewall may have an anti spam - likeverizon's mcafee software has an anti spam feature
- Verizon has their Spam Blocker in their webmail Client
- Verizon has a head end anti spam company that does their spam monitoring.
- and then most anti spam company's have an anti spam gateway that it hits before it hits anything else.
So usually there are four places for spam that are involved. at least

So how do we get to the safe senders list? I see no reference to it.

Please help. I cannot find the settings for email that let me add to a "safe sender" list. I have a password reset email that is not getting through to me, and I need to reset the password. I see the advice given, but when I go to my account, the set up is all different than what you describe. Has Verizon changed the format? Please help me! Thanks!
