Incorrect Rented Movie

Hi - My son incorrectly rented 'Santa Claus: The Movie 25th Anniversary Edition (HD)' on Nov 12th.  He rented a Yogi Bear movie right after this and has not watched the Santa movie.  Can you please remove the Santa movie and issue a credit?
