I am trying to send an email to a new group. Each time I hit sent I get an "invalid email address" error message. It says "One or more email addresses is not recognized. Please check the address for spelling and structure and try again". It is a very large list and I have tried to find an error but can't find one. Is there any way to know which email address is in error?

Break the group into halves. Try sending to each half individually. When one fails, break that half down further. Instead of testing and eliminating them one by one, you are eliminating huge chunks of valid addresses at a time.
Also, how large is this group? You can't send to more than 100 addresses at once, Verizon doesn't allow it.

This happens frequently when a comma or some little thing isn't perfect. It can drive you crazy until you
find and correct the group email list. Good luck!

I'm getting the same error when doing Reply To All and there are multiple recipients, or when trying to send to a group of just 6 or 7 people. The e-mail addresses look fine.
I found that if I save the e-mail as a draft, switch back to the old "Classic" e-mail view, then I can send it just fine with no errors. So it appears to be a bug in the new e-mail UI.
Verizon - can you please confirm this is a bug in the new mail UI, and let us know when it will be fixed?
Also, please enhance the error message to say which address is invalid, rather than leaving us to guess which one - thanks.

Maybe posting in http://forums.verizon.com/t5/Share-Your-Ideas-with-Verizon/idb-p/ideas
will make sure they are aware of the problem and fix it?

After beating my head over for an hour yesterday, I managed to switch back to the classic view. Although it still didn't send, I DID notice a message stating WHICH email addresses were invalid. Note--this happened after I split the recipients into 2 groups, as I did have over 100 recipients. So it came down to removing TWO recipients (which looked valid, but were probably no longer current Verizon users), which then enabled me to send my Christmas greeting card. THANKS, everyone!!!

FYI: I got a callback from Verizon support this week saying that the "Invalid email address" problem is a bug in the new e-mail UI. If you have any CAPITAL letters in an e-mail address, it will cause this error.
He said this is supposed to be fixed in an update coming in January.
He did not mention if they will also fix the error message so that they actually tell you which address is causing the problem.

I am getting the same message. I copied all my email adresses into a word file. I placed semi-colons between each address. When I pasted them into the TO: window, the Verizon program changes all the semi-colons to commas. I think that is why I get the error message for invalid address(es).
For your issue, did you separate all the addresses with semi-colons?
