Today, as promised by Verizon, I got my E mail messages back.  Thank you Verizon and all tech support for working so hard to do this in, considering the volume of the task.  I am one customer who is very grateful!!!!Smiley Happy

You have amazing hope.. we tried ... but we have not gotten 3-mail for 3 days now.  .

We have two sub accounts.  One started working today and after 30 minutes wait today talked to tech support....reset the "other password".  Amazingly we then went online and it is working after resetting password. 

In summary after multiple attempts, it was either locked or we couldn't get the 2nd account to respond.  SO by resetting the password we were able to access.

This post must have been submitted by Verizon themselves.........because as PROMISED, my old emails/folders have not yet been restored. SOOOOOOO annoyed with Verizon.

I am only a customer, actually a 77 year old lady.  You will get your E mails back and when you do, I expect an apology!!!
