Over the course of several trips oiutside the US, I have not been able to log into my email account. The message from Verizon is that the PW is not correct. I have tried changing my PW, without any positive results. This "lock out" has incurred while in Europe and also in Peru. Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, what remedy did you have? Thank you very much.
