Today I set a filter to try to stop SPAM because the SPAM filters at Verizon are useless.
I set the filter to delete all incoming e-mail that contain the text "This message has no content." Went back to my inbox and the entire thing has been deleted. Spent the better part of the morning on the phone wtih Verizon who said it is my fault, I must have deleted them by accident!
My inbox contained messages from my mother who has since passed away that I was saving and I would really like to get them back. Verizon has absolutely no sympathy and no clue, their customer service ranks lower than low...
If anyone out there has a solution they could recommend I would certianly appreciate it.
