First my email programs shut down, now I cant access verizon.net on my macbook it loops around not coming up cant even get webmail or anything now. Anyone have a suggestion? Had to do this using my netbook

However I will take a stab at it... It sounds like a Single Sign On (SSO) Cookie issue. So if you are using Safari, try Firefox or Internet Explorer. I also suggest in regards to the un-named, problematic, Browser "Clear the SSL State" and all Verizon related Cookies.
