MAILER-DAEMON@yahoo.com emails not being forwarded thru auto-forward option

I got several MAILER-DAEMON@yahoo.com emails in Oct 2018 but they were not forwarded thru my auto-forward option. Therefore I didn't know they weren't delivered until I went into the verizon account. Support says MAILER-DAEMON@yahoo.com emails are not forwarded but I got one in June 2018.
