Yesterday afternoon I logged into my main account via a browswer at work. Had me set up a security question AND pick a security image. All well and good.
Ever since, I have not been able to recieve/send emails on this same account (The MAIN account). My 2 sub accounts still send/receive fine.
I did not change my password. I am using the 'new' pop/smtp . verizon.net settings, SSL, etc etc. It's not a settings issue.
It's almost like the extra 'security layer' at the web-mail level is causing issues with Outlook.
OS: Win 7
MailClient: Outlook 2013
1 Main Account (not able to send receive)
2 Sub Accounts, no issues.
Thank you for your time.

So - I'm resolved to the fact V is having huge security issues and when they get it resolved this problem will fix itself. At least my current password works and I can get to the account via web-mail. (Ugh).
