Method not supported/ Chrome

Okay, I posted  this issue previously as it happened while I was on my desktop, Windows 7, Chrome as my browser.  Now on my laptop this issue has occurred. I was able to log in until today. I read the forum and tried the suggestions -- still unable to log in to my email/account. When I live chatted  the agent got me on through IE but I use Chrome. Am getting frustrated with Verizon!!!

I use Chrome but XP successfully on the VZ mail site.

Did you try to clean out your temp files, cookes, etc.?
