I am sorry to hear about the concern of not receiving your emails. Do you check your emails on the Verizon Website or do you use a program such as Outlook, Windows Live Mail, Mac Mail, etc? If you do use one of these programs, try going to Verizon website to see if missing emails are there. I know you normally receive more, but do you know for a fact there was an email you should have received? Have you tried sending yourself an email from a non Verizon account to see if it goes through? Please let us know if further assistance is needed.
