In my e-mail my , In Box, Sent, Trash Spam ,all my mail boxes have disappeared !! Where did they go ? How do I get them back ?? Thanks

If you have Windows 8.1 and are you using Internet Explorer, that is the problem. Try a different browser. I use Firefox and mail works fine. IE (since 8.1) has the problem you describe.
You can also try Jose's suggestion in the following thread. It seems to fix the problem.

A problem with IE 11? or just windows 8.1. They are now pushing out IE11 to windows 7.

Good question. I got them together so I'm unable to tell which is the culprit. Maybe a WIN7 user can check it and provide some input.

Gentlemen yes this is an IE 11 issue (missing folders in webmail). I am running IE 11 under Win 7 SP1 (you need sp1 to run the latest IE) and I needed to enable compatibility mode to get my folders to display. Maybe a Sticky should be created. I will give it go and send it to one of the excellent moderators.
