Even BEFORE I got my current email, I started having problems with the setting for allowing eaiser Multi-user login. I would set it so there would be a drop down menu with both my and my husbands emails, and the passwords, so we would not have to type out the addresses and passwords every time we logged in. But that option would just go away! I would re set it, it would last, and then .. it would go away! I thought it had to do with one of us clearning the cache or something but that theory was disproven. Our current computer has Windows 8. We log into our Verizon email through yahoo.
Why won't the setting stick?
