Had issues with your website today. I used same favorite that i always have, but it gave me this error:
http:/1.1 Service Unavailable.
I finally got in using a new address www.verizon.com
But even after getting back into email, the My Verizon link doesns work at all and gives error above.
What changed? I am on Google Chrome here.

The original favorite is now working for me and takes me where it should with no error message.
The rep at vrzn was acting like it is a Google Chrome issue and he said he hadnt had any calls other than mine. he did see someone document an issue though. Anyway, my original favorite now works.
Still have to click reply and then go back and click reply again for this to go to this page, but thatz a separate issue.
At least the website works now and the My Verizon part is working.

So it's not just me. I was getting the same thing, when inquiring about paying a bill online, or even looking at my services. Maybe things are down for maintenance?

klalama, try the OP's solution with the different url. If that does not work, clear your cache. If you still cannot reach the page, try a different browser. Let us know if it works.
