Hi,

I contacted werizon many time but I could not solve my iisue .

I was in Japan so I can not call your number.

I am using werizon's phone but I left US last May and I forgot paying bill so I guess my phone was dead.

There is no my account.What should I do?

Have you tried the live chat agent:  Please go here Support page for a variety of ways to contact Verizon, including “Ask Verizon,” our virtual chat agent, and customer support phone numbers.
