Looking for Customer Service Assistance
In the "Equipment" section of the "TV Management" portion of TV Management section of the MyVerizon website there is an additional DVR listed as equipment that I do not have. The DVR was returned to Verizon. How do I get this removed from my account.
Any help would be appreciated
