I'm posting because I've gotten little help from Verizon tech service or sales in this matter.
Long story short - my Verizon internet service was disconnected. I was reconnected today with a brand new order. I was told I would be able to then access my disconnected email accounts. I still cannot access them. The message when I try to log on is "Sorry, your account has been suspended. Please contact Tech Support." I did contact (several times), but in the end they were not able to help.
I'll take any suggestions and/or advice here. I desperately need to access my email accounts (we've been without for nearly a week).
