What were you thinking? The new sign in for e-mail is the worst. Having to go from page to page to page is stupid. If I'm too quick and mis-type anything, it takes me back to the beginning and then I have incorrect ID along with correct ID to choose from in the column. Bring back the one-page sign in - I understand the you are trying to make it harder for hackers, but you are also making it harder for users!
They were thinking that they were having hundreds or thousands of customers accounts being attacked and locked out so they needed to tighten up the security.
