I can receive email to secondary account from primary but not vice versa. I see no blocking options enabled..

No error message. When my wife sends me an emai it appears that it transmits properly but I never receive it. She can send me an email from a Google account from the same computer though. It just won't work Verizon to Verizon. Thank you for your concern.

Check you Filters and Blocked Senders list. Also make sure your SpamDetector is set to save messages to your spam folder rather than delete them. If you have trouble finding any of those settings just say so and someone can give clearer instructions.
