Online email and Client email

I am new to FIOS email and am unable to login to my online email account or setup my client email. I do have a "My Verizon" account but when I try to use the same Username and Password, it says it is wrong. What am I doing wrong?

Hello,

Try going to verizon.com/repair  and from the Internet section select the below links in the following respective order:

  • What are my Email Settings?
  • Setup your Verizon Email Account

AND then if still unsuccessful, 

select Fix your Verizon Email Account and then choose Trouble with Web-based email.

by calling 1-888-553-1555.

Try using your email address for the username at the email login.
