I am getting an error for login to outgoing smtp server. What is wrong? I didn't make any changes to anything. Why does it take me an hour to get through to someone? For what I pay monthly, your service is HORRIBLE!

There is another thread on this:Can't connect to server with Windows Live Mail
There is no response from Verizon and both incoming and outgoing mail service is still down at this time. I believe it is a system wide outage.

It is not a system-wide outage, my email with the new settings has worked just fine all day (at least so far).
