I'm using windows 10 and the latest version of outlook.com.
It's been a few days now that the messages stopped being received by outlook.com.
I have tried resetting pop and stmp settings but nothing works.
Yes 995 and 465 are being used .
What's going on?
Outlook.com, the website? If so your version of windows has no bearing. Outlook.com should pull your email as long as it really has the correct settings.
Make sure you can get into to your email directly or with a client.
If your talking about the Windows 10 mail client that is a different story, and should not need to use outlook.com as was required by windows 8 and 8.1.
