Hi All!
I'mm trying to add a sub account. I enter a nine character password of the form:
Char 1 - A $pecial character
Char 2 - A CAPITAL LETTER
Char 3 - A numb3r
Char 4 - a lower case letter
Char 5 - a lower case letter
Char 6 - A numb3r
Char 7 - a lower case letter
Char 8 - a lower case letter
Char 9 - a lower case letter
Why won't verizon accept this, saying it is too weak?

Not sure you are getting this message. Password strenth should be medium for what you mentioned. A truly random password (which of course means you might not remember it) should be stronge. Depending which password you are talking about, some special characters (!@#$%^&*()_+=-}{[]":';/.,<>?() might be allowed and would tend to increase password strength.
