Since May 12th, my password has been rejected on my email (this is also with my daughter's email). No matter now many times I methodically go through the new formatting using your instructions on the website, nothing works! It keeps rejecting our passwords! What are we doing wrong and why is this so difficult to fix?!!! It's very frustrating.

Do you use the Yahoo email interface. The instructions for that are not the same and the verizon site is not clear about that.
