Phony e-mail

Hello, on a couple of occasions I got mail seeming to be from someone I knew.  Was not the case.  I have a "return" addy.  Unfortunately no all my 'blocked' mail is actually BLOCKED.  Why might this be? Thanks.

SCAN YOUR MACHINE for Virus and Trojans.  Check to see if your email settings have been changed.

See if you can get into the webmail interface.
