Hi. I would like to reset the password on a verizon.net email subaccount. I have tried this before via the webmail portal, but have never been able to receive a temporary password without either talking or messaging with a verizon rep. Also, I don't want to get locked out, since I do have access via my desktop client, and I have been locked out attempting a password change in the past. Please let me know how I can contact you and receive a temporary password. Thanks.
