Any RSS Item that is updated appears as new

Synchronize RSS Feed to the Common Feed List (CFL) in Windows

Write down URL …eg.     forums.verizon.com/vrzn/rss/board?board.id=emailissues

THEN GO TO

File>Account Settings>Add or Remove>RSS Feeds>New

KEEP GETTING THIS MESSAGE

ERROR MESSAGE FROM OUTLOOK 2013

Outlook cannot download the RSS content from:

http://www.forums.verizon.com/vrzn/rss/board?board.id=FiOS_Internet    OR

http://www.forums.verizon.com/vrzn/rss/board?board.id=FiOS_TV

because of a problem connecting to the server.

1) Since  this works with Outlook 2013

http://www.forums.verizon.com/vrzn/rss/board?board.id=emailissues

does this mean that the other 2 Forum boards are on different servers AND

there is a problem with their RSS Subscribe  to Outlook 2013 ?

2) BTW All 3 RSS feeds work with FeedDemon Pro 4.5

No.  RSS FEEDS are mostly handled at the user end not the server.

Apparently new user registration to forums is not working.  Doesn't appear to effect existing users.
