I am able to send emails from {edited for privacy} but not receive them. Others are getting error meassages when they attempt to send me emails.
1. If you are using a 3rd party email client double check your settings:
| incoming POP3 | 995 | pop.verizon.net | incoming.verizon.net | |
| outgoing SMTP | 465 | smtp.verizon.net | outgoing.verizon.net |
& make sure SSL is enabled
2. IF you are using webmail plese let us now what OPerating System and Browser you use.
