Registration Bridge - hangs when checking e-mail settings

I'm trying to confirm how my e-mail is setup and when the Verizon Support feature asks to check my account it "hangs".

I wanted to confirm settings so I can setup Thunderbird. The settings I've been trying aren't working.

Does anyone know how to change Online Experience? I think I'm setup for Yahoo Mail not Verizon Online???
