Spam mail can be very irritating! Let's see what we can do to make things just a little easier. Let's begin by verifying your SPAM filter rules. Please log in at www.myverizon.com, make your way to your email and locate your SPAM settings. There is an option there to delete the messages in your SPAM folder as soon as they are identified as SPAM.
