How do I save an email to my computer without doing a cut and paste? I can't find a "save" or "save as" button on the email screen

I would suggest a POP3 client such as Mac Mail, Thunderbird, Outlook...
If you just want that one email, click on the print button and print it to a file. Depending on your OS and browser, the process is different. If you have trouble, provide that info and someone cna provide step-by-step instructions, I'm sure.
