Secondary email not working

I have set a 2nd email address and can not get it to work. When I try to send something to it I am told email does not exist.

Please help.... Bill

Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums. Have you tried signing into the second email address? Also, is it a verizon.net email account?

I am having the same problem.  

I created the sub account, I am able to log into verizon.net using the sub account but can not access email and when I send a test email to the account it says:

vms172091pub.verizon.net rejected your message to the following e-mail addresses:

{edited for privacy}

vms172091pub.verizon.net gave this error:
unknown or illegal alias: 
{edited for privacy}

The e-mail address you entered couldn't be found. Please check the recipient's e-mail address and try to resend the message. If the problem continues, please contact your helpdesk.
