Re: Spam Detector will not activate and acct. managemen problem

No Verizon tech or service rep. corrected the problem of not being able to set the spam detector on my sub-accounts. Apparently it is a systemic problem that is of little priority. I now use my YAHOO mail for all my emails. I only use my verizon email account to receive account info from Verizon. All my other problems (inability to log into subaccounts, faulty vacation settings, etc.) were corrected.
