The previous link isnotspam.com would only work if you could send them the email from outlook.  If you can't do that then it won't make a difference for your situation.  We already know webmail will send, so that will give us a positive report when you send from webmail.

OK I sent it to itsnotsspam from outlook using a gmail server rather than VZ server - gmail doesn't treat it as spam.

was returned

Summary of Results

SPF Check : pass

Sender-ID Check : neutral

DomainKeys Check : pass

Apparently the issue may be the DKIM Check however I'm not sure I understand wht they are saying as to why it failed.  Can you elucidate?

dkim is dns related, are you using your own custom dns servers like google or open dns?

if you are, try switching back to the VZ dns servers, or a different set of servers.

my gateway router (the VZ router) has the dns server/s both set to
nsbost01.verizon.net [71.243.0.12]

That would appear to be a verizon dns server, both primary and secondary point to that, a questionable setting from dhcp, if that server comes down.

I sent it to check@isnotspam.com and got these two penalties mentioned: (emph mine)

* 1.3 URI_HEX URI: URI hostname has long hexadecimal sequence
* 2.5 HTML_IMAGE_ONLY_16 BODY: HTML: images with 1200-1600 bytes of words

I did have an image link in my signature, so I took it out, and it was sent successfully. Thanks for the tips! 🙂

Kudos to Hubrisnxs.
