I have created a sub-account, how long it is before it can be used? I am getting a pop up that I have to activate the sub-account, How is this done?

Just to make this easier for the next person....(thanks for hiding this Verizon) if you look under the Accounts & Services.
Then under Video On Demand (Sub-Accounts Parental Controls).
And click on "YES" to let the sub-account watch movies.

Are you using standard VZ email or the Yahoo variant? At this point do you get the popup when you login to it? If you have not logged in yet make sure you are logged out of your primary account and test the new one.

Make user you gave the sub account email access. There is a check box that you must enable when creating the sub account for it to have email access. Log in with main account. Go to manage sub accounts and make sure the box is selected for email for the sub account.
