Subaccount access ater succeful Kepmyemail tranfer of primary account

It appears that the keepmymail.com transfer of th primary email was succesful. However it is unclear how or i subaccounts can be accessed or transfered to. Now that service is cancelled, only the primary account is working via webmail and regular pop service. Suggestions/solutions?
