Tablet updated to Lollipop 5.1.1 and now I can't send email from Samsung Note Pro

Yesterday my tablet was fine sending and receiving emails from the native email app. Updated to Lollipop 5.1.1 and now I can't send emails. I am still receiving emails with no problem. My Gmail app is fine with sending and receiving emails. I have two email addresses on the native email app both verizon.net. Any help or insight would be appreciated as Verizon drew a blank and basically said there was nothing they can do.

Solved the problem. Instead of using just username in the outgoing server settings I included the entire email address. My test message went through. This happend because of the lollipop update. Sorry but surprised there was no help from Verizon Tech support on this one.
