The left side menu with the trash and inbox folders and the compose menu option are missing. This only happens on my computer, an ACER aspire. How can I change the settings to get it back?
Check the Zoom settings on your browser, and if you're using a very high DPI setting on your computer (to make fonts bigger), see if this is causing a problem. High DPI settings without the screen resolution to make up for the change, or zoom settings can cause elements like this to disappear from view.
Also, consider any browser extensions and security programs you have installed. Software which features Adblocking and Script blocking features can break/remove elements like this too.
Also, it doesn't hurt to clear your browser cache.
Also check right below the conversations box, if there is an arrow pointing > hover over it and it will say OPEN. Click it once and this should fix it.
Sounds to me like you are using a newer version of Internet Explorer, 9, 10, or 11. You will need to go into "Tools/Compatability View Settings" and add Verizon.com that should fix it.
