The verizon email interface is not good

The email interface Verizon has for webmail is just plain bad.

Everytime I try to search for anything the tool breaks at least for the firt two or three tries.

I have noticed some strange things happening when attempting to log in.  I get the "your account hs been locked" then close out and try again and works fine.

I have tried the "feedback" button now and in the past and it's always given me "This webpage is not available".  Figures...

The email interface is poorly designed - too much space taken by icons and extra large menus leaving too little room to view messages. I s a redesign in the works?

Are you referring to the Verizon Webmail or AOL Site.  Remember they will be migrating everyone to AOL over time.  Do not think they will waste any effort making any cosmetic changes to the Verizon Webmail interface.

I'm not in Florida, California, or Texas.  When will it be available in Massachusetts?  Thanks.

They announced the attention to migrate but no timetable past the states being migrated to Frontier.  I.e., California, Florida and Texas.
