When trying to import contacts (.csv file containing name and email only comma delimited) the email tool says my session has timed out. This happens everytime, even if I signed in within 60 seconds before. I am becoming frustrated with the lack of answers/support I am getting as I try to resolve the problem.
Sorry to hear about the immediate timeouts. This is usually related to the browser or cookies. Have you deleted all the temp internet files and the cookies?
