This is not Scott but this is the only way I've found to communicate with a person at Verizon. I (sundoc) have tried to keep my email and got what is, in all honesty, a typical Verizon experience -- I went through the process of logging on, agreeing to all the conditions, entered my credir info, and got kicked back to "log in". Did, or did I not, actually finish the keep my email process?

Hi there and sorry you've had such a rough time getting an answer. First, it is very important that your Verizon account still be active when you are trying to keep the email. Is it? Did you ever receive an email confirming that the address had been purchased? Let us know and we're happy to help you get this issue resolved.

I think so. After getting the online message that my request could not be completed I got an email from Verizon saying that my request had been completed. I have kept a copy of that email just in case it doesn't work.
