Unable to access Verizon Yahoo e-mail on Samsung Galaxy Note 3

Good morning,

Please provide assistance on what I need to do to access my verizon yahoo e-mails on my new Samsung Galaxy Note 3.  I followed the directions for manual set up and I'm getting the username/password error.  If I de-link yahoo will I have any issues accessing the e-mails currently in my folder?  Also, if I de-link will I be able to access my e-mails on the FIOS app?

Please advise on the procedure to unlink yahoo from verizon and any issues in doing so.  Also, advise if I would be able to access e-mails from the FIOS app if I do unlink.
