Can someone from Verizon please help me unlink my Yahoo account with my Verizon email account? My password on my Yahoo.com email doesn't work and tried to request a password reset. Anytime I try to log in it redirects me over to a verizon log in screen. Thanks!
I'm having the same problem. Lost yahoo password, can't get to the yahoo reset password screen. Yahoo says Verizon has to fix it. Verizon has not been able to fix - many hours on phone, chat sessions, etc. They can't seem to unlink the accounts.
