User Name and Password pop up using OutLook

Happens intermitently, OutLook will not communicate with Verizons email servers on my Windows 7 AMD 64 laptop.

My wife's Windows 7 64bit happens less. My daughters desktop Windows 8 started happening today.

Ran the Verizon OutLook checker down load. It failed when trying to send/recieve email.

recieve error (0X80042108) send error (0X80042109)

This happened last year.... then went away.

I am assuming it is "your" problem. Our internet connection does appear to be having issues.

Suggestions?????

I had the same issue on two PCs, running Outlook 2010 & 2013.  Finally got through to support.  I needed to change incoming server to : pop.verizon.net   I had it set to incoming.verizon.net.   Hope it helps.
